Who we are
NZK Insurance (“NZK”, “we”) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We are established in Abu Dhabi Global Market and process personal data in accordance with the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021. Registered office: Unit No 501, Tamouh Tower, Tamouh, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you provide through our contact form: name, company, email address, the type of organisation you represent and your message.
- Technical data recorded with an enquiry: IP address and browser type, used to prevent spam and abuse. The contact form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that processes technical signals from your browser (such as IP address and device characteristics) to confirm you are not an automated program. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting business relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host this website, deliver our email and protect the contact form from spam (Cloudflare), under appropriate contractual safeguards, or where required by law or by our regulator.
Retention
We retain enquiry records on an ongoing basis so that we can follow up on enquiries, maintain our business relationships and meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, as described under “Your rights” below.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to contactus@nzkinsurance.com. You also have the right to complain to the ADGM Office of Data Protection.
